Question of the Week for 1/14/08

Tonight I was helping my children get into the bedtime mood by following our normal bedtime routine. I started thinking about the moments that I get to share with my children as we go through all of the items that need to be complete before we go to bed. It became apparent to me that the bedtime routine as boring as it may sound is one of my favorite times of the day because I get to cuddle with my children. I cherish the times when I am hugging and kissing my children and I feel their little arms wrap around my "adult-sized" neck and squeeze in order to give me a hug back. This daily gift is more precious than anything else I could receive. This simple little innocent act makes me love being a mother!
