Question of the Week for 4/28/2008

Does your family do weekly allowances for the kids? If so, how does your system work and at what ages did you start this system?

As a parent of four, I can understand why families choose to implement an allowance system. It would be nice to have a little help around the house while teaching them responsibility. My kids are all under five; however, I do make them clean up their toys even though it is not always perfect it is the action that counts. I am curious to see how other families do their allowance and chore system. Have a good week.
