Holiday Air Traveling Tips
1. Know what to expect before you get to the airport.
2. Save time by checking in 24-hours prior to your departure. Check with your airline to see how.
3. Give yourself plenty of time so you do not have to rush through the airport and then end up missing your flight because of long lines. Generally, 1-1 ½ hours prior to boarding is sufficient.
4. If you are meeting someone that you have to go to their gate you must obtain a Gate Pass. You must have a ‘government-issued’ photo ID.
5. No meals are served on the plain, only snacks and drinks. You are welcome to bring snacks for yourself.
6. Traveling with minors can be challenging. Get as many traveling tips as you can!
7. Baby Boarding tips are essential to the ease of the process.
8. Last, but not least, the BAGGAGE Buzz! Jet setters are allowed one carry on bag, plus a smaller personal item onboard. All carryon items must fit in a sizing box measuring 16x10x24 inches. Remember: TSA limits the amount of liquids, gels, and aerosols allowed on carryon luggage. Regardless of how the way the luggage is sealed, it may have to be opened. Check the Rules before packing for your trip!
